Good News Needs Telling

Good News Needs Telling

Good News Needs Telling
When the really good things of life happen, we shout it out.
  • "I just got a great job!"
  • "Our new baby was born today!"
  • "Our daughter's team won the tournament!"
  • "My cancer is gone!"

When it's good news, shout.

And what's the best news?

Jesus makes us a child of God!

Perhaps the best starting point of discovering how to be an effective teller of the Good News Gospel is to pray for wisdom. God commands it! We need to be obedient to that specific marching order.

As our wisdom grows we will naturally become more sensitive to those "pebble in the shoe" moments. Very likely we will also be infused with ideas that we can initiate and become effective vehicles to shout the most important news ever.

Coffee and Conversation
Telling others about Jesus is not restricted to pulpits or famous television evangelists. Sitting and sipping in Starbucks, riding on a bus or hiking a favorite trail can lead to the sharing of life-changing information.

Inviting your neighbor over for a beautiful morning cup of coffee on the patio can lead to a friendship with eternal consequences.

It's Who You Are!

As we learn and experience more about Jesus He becomes a natural part of hanging out in this thing called life. And as He becomes an integral part of who we are, talking about Him becomes natural and fluid.

Watch the following video as this concept of Jesus being natural in our life is explored further.

The following list might prime your mind-pump and get you started, or continuing, along a path of Truth Telling.
